YMCA Hawkes Bay Manager
Lead the next phase of growth

YMCA Hawke’s Bay has a long established reputation for delivering quality childcare, OSCAR, education and youth programmes in the region.  This management role is all about providing leadership and guidance to the existing services whilst also further elevating the presence and awareness of YMCA’s offerings to the broader community.

This organisation is looking for a fresh perspective as they strive to take their community offering to the next level. You must be someone who’s great at proactively building relationships both out in the community and internally with a broad range of staffing resources.  It’s important that you can show a history and an empathy which relates to the not for profit sector. But you must also bring broad ranging management skills to ensure the viable performance of this entity.

We are looking for a well-rounded team leader with commercial nous who will be a key point of contact relative to the various funding organisations.   You’ll be able to demonstrate business planning, goal setting and budgeting, as well as identify efficiencies and opportunities.  Your communication skills and ability to support and lead others will mean you will have a real impact right throughout this organisation.

This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference and to join a dedicated team. If you have the ability and commitment to step in then we would love to hear from you.  Please email your application to careers@redconsultinggroup.co.nz quoting reference number 2371 or telephone the team at Red, in complete confidence to learn more about this role. Telephone 06 877 6637.

Please note applications will only be considered if you are legally entitled to work in New Zealand.  You must be a New Zealand Citizen, a permanent resident or a holder of a current New Zealand work permit to apply for this job.
